Acoustic and Electric Guitar Tuition

Phil Jones is an experienced and versatile UK guitar tutor and performer based in Horsham, West Sussex. Phil has over 17 years playing experience and has been teaching since 2009.

A tutor of electric and acoustic guitar, Phil is both a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT) and Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM). For several generations, his family have been involved in music.

Phil completed his 'Effective Teaching' course with The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) in 2011. He teaches a wide range of musical styles in which he is actively involved as a professional performer. Lessons are tailored to the specific needs of the individual. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Phil also plays the cello and is currently being mentored by top UK cellist and string specialist Kay Tucker. He is taking his classical cello examinations with Trinity Music College London.
